For years, I assumed it was normal.
Normal to wake up feeling stiff.
Normal for my calves to feel tight after sitting too long.
Normal for my legs to feel swollen and heavy by the end of the day.
So I stretched.
I bought foam rollers.
I tried massage guns.
I even forced myself through painful recovery routines because everyone online said that's what worked.
Yet every evening felt exactly the same.
The tension always came back.
The heaviness always returned.
And honestly?
